Refunds
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
We strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. However, we understand that there may be occasional issues, and we are here to assist.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that are fully functional and in good cosmetic condition are not eligible for return or replacement. Returns will also not be accepted for items that have been opened and/or used, unless they are found to be defective or not as described at the time of delivery.
Opened Product Returns:
We reserve the right to refuse returns for products where the packaging has been opened and no functional or cosmetic issue has been reported. Opened products will not be considered for return under standard defect or damage claims unless the fault is clearly documented at the time of delivery.
Reporting Defects at Delivery:
In the rare event that a product is found to be faulty upon unboxing or handover, the issue must be reported immediately—either via our official company email or in writing through WhatsApp. Timely communication is essential for us to validate and address any concerns appropriately.
Post-Delivery Support:
If a functional issue is identified after the initial inspection and handover, our team will provide guidance to the nearest authorized service center. Additionally, we will arrange one complimentary technician visit to assist with diagnosis or reconfiguration, if needed. Any further visits may incur a nominal service fee to cover operating costs, ensuring continued support without compromise on service quality.
Customer Responsibility:
We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect and verify the product at the time of purchase to ensure it meets expectations in all respects.
