Music is experiential not transactional. That's what it was. Never felt like I was buying a piece of equipment. It was more like chatting with someone, who is way more passionate about music and telling you which way to go, over hours.

It was a great experience listening to the music in their studio, they even offered to let us hear the shortlisted systems at home before finalizing the products. Awesome place with good options, very knowledgeable and polite team.
